help me with the problem of jock itch from HIV

I did something very stupid and had sex with a prostitute in a country where there is a fairly high rate of HIV infection among sex workers.  I had oral sex and about twenty minutes of vaginal sex, both with a condom.  The condom did not fail.  From other posts I understand that normally such an encounter entails very little risk.  I am concerned because I had inflamed skin around my crotch area and around my anus area (I think it is jock itch), though the skin on the penis and scrotum is normal and healthy-looking.  Specifically, I am concerned about the area immediately outside of my pubic area, which is the area where the flesh folds over as the leg meets the crotch area.  The area here has small but visibly open cuts, a result of the irritation of the jock itch.  While I don't think this area could have come into direct contact with the prostitute, it is so close to the genital area that I am very concerned. Is it possible that vaginal fluid could have dripped out or that I may have been infected another way as a result of the redness and irritation?

If the cut stop bleeding,does it mean it is not an open cut ???  thank you !
