ok this is what happened...i felt i got stuck or i can say injected by a needle from a guy i was travelling with.he looked like a construction worker or something.after i got home i checked and i saw a red spot..but i didnt notice any fresh blood on the thsirt or on my body.what made me think he had injected me with some kind of needle was that when he got down and went a far distance he looked back to me as if he had done something.i m getting scared because of this incident.could hiv spread from this?also i checked online a lot and i saw that if you were injected its not necessary u bleed.
i really dont have anyone to talk to about this.is my ocd getting really bad?or this things are really happening!

I used to have heightened and fantasy worries about HIV and went through a very similar situation. I had to get some counselling for ocd and anxiety.

You had no risk.

If you have ever been to the doctor and had a needle injection then you know what they feel like. If your not sure, then the for sure it was not an injection you were given.
Why would a construction worker that walked by you inject you with and HIV blood infected needle and where would he get this hiv blood filled needle?
You mention you have ocd so maybe post your fears in the ocd forum for help.
