help with cd4 count results

hello good  people

l recently  had a cd4 count from  a closeby laboratory from where l live  and l  am kindly asking if u can help me interpret the results l got  thank you.

results were as follows

CD4/CD8 ABSOLUTE COUNT                   NORMAL VALUES

TOTAL WBC         6200                                  (4000-10 000/ML)
LYMPHOCYTES        42                                  (20-45%)
CD4 ABSOLUTE COUNT 623                           (355-1298/ML)
CD8 ABSOLUTE COUNT 1064                          (178-796/ML)
CD3 AVERAGE COUNT  1806                          (688-1955/ML)
CD4/CD8 RATIO            0,59                            (0.92-3.411 (18-40 YEARS)
                                                                       (0.83-6.10  (41-65 YEARS)
