If you use condom and the condom break you more at risk and YES you can catch HIV at this situation.

But !!! the chances lower than not using condom at all , depand if as soon as the condom break you took it out and use a new condom you be at very low low risk.

make sure you use LATEX condoms.

BTW , thats not right to say "she's more at risk" If you think about it she can be at less risk then other girl who trust someone and did it without protection , most workers use condoms to protect themselves and also remember - most of the customers just like you use condoms so the her rink is low due to use condoms BUT !!! IF she use needles its a deferent story , she may have HIV while using share needles or she may using needles or dont have HIV because she know how to use them (not share).

HIV dosnt transfer easy from one body to another body .... just think if it was that easy three fourth of the world will be infected with HIV.

I think you should be OK , but get tested anyway , its good for your health to know that you are negative or positive and either way its good to know early as you can.

BTW - I test negative and if Im negative after "visiting" 100000000000 workers , girls , anal , oral , up , down etc... I think now its hard to get infected with HIV because I read so much and learn about it , its not easy and specialy not easy if you use condom, when people say condom break thats it you have HIV thats not right , if condom break and you pull out your risk is low and very low then someone who didnt use condom at all.

Hope this information will help you sleep better , but anyway get tested to sleep even better.

Thank you
