help

I am extremely anxious have received a reply from Teak saying no risk.
I saw a plasic bag on the street and stood on it, the next day I was still freaked out by it so I went to pick it up it may have been a different bag i was worried if I stood on it and may have been a syringe in bag.  Different bag when I went back, picked it up felt something touch by hand worried if it was a syringe nothing in bag what if their had been a syringe on floor and pricked my hand/finger?
Just need some closure on this.
Thanks
