help

I've tested HIV finger prick rapid test in 88, 155, 177 days and these all came negative. But i still have anxiety and there are some reddish in my face and some acne came. And also some skin rash in my arm and i noticed it recently, maybe there have been always a some rash alike something. But no fewer, no headache, no chills, no night sweat, no swollen glands and no other symptoms And i checked so many guys' arm and i same as mine. I think maybe it is not hiv related. How accurate my tests are? Should i re tested? How can i get rid of anxiety??? Pls help, it's killing me......

As stated by our members, you have a negative test result.  Please speak to your doctor about help with your anxiety.  There is nothing more we can offer other than to trust your result.  We wish you the best.

Please seek professional help for your anxiety.  You have tested conclusively negative for HIV, so you do NOT have HIV.  This forum is only able to deal with risk assessment and testing advice.

The professional help would be a therapist or perhaps your doctor. If you print off all your posts for them to read then it will make it easier for them to help.
