help..please

Hello!
I'm a 21 years old female. I had been in a relationship with a guy for almost a year when found out that he was with someone else..actually he had a lot of women in his life. We had unprotected vaginal sex many times. Four weeks ago I started feeling really bad. I've had low-grade fever for a month now (99.0-99.4 when my normal body t is 97.7), my muscles are very sore and stiff, especially my shoulders and back, I feel extreme fatigue..I wake up feeling tired. I've ever experienced anything like this before. A week ago I had diarrhea. There are 2 white patches in my mouth (I dont think its thrush, but not sure). Doctor said i dont have swollen glands. Last week I had a sore throat and running nose..its almost gone now. I look very tired. Lost couple pounds. I made 2 hiv tests 2 and 3 weeks ago..both were negative. But the symptoms dont go away. I'm afraid it might be a window period. I've never been that depressed in my life..I am so scared. Do you think i might have it?

We don't discus symptoms. They are general and non-specific.

Do most HIV positive people have swollen lymph nodes during the acute stage?

You said sex was 4-6 weeks ago, so you are beyond when symptoms would start and they would not last a whole month.

You are well beyond anytime when symptoms would appear. Symmptoms have nothing to do with HIV. Maybe see a therapist for your panic/anxiety.

I will in 2 weeks. I just dont know how to live till this time. I am not a normal person right now..I have panic attacks. I am so scared. Please tell me if my symptoms are very much alike hiv acute stage. For how long do these symptoms usually last? (it's been 4 weeks now).

A negative result at 6 weeks is unlikely to change at 3 months.

if you cannot be patient for 3 months take the test at 6 weeks and get the same result again in 3 months.

Means nothing in terms of HIV. Speak with your Dr.

Test 3 months after last unprotected exposure and you will have a conclusive result.

my last unprotected sex was 4-6 weeks ago. Today I received results of my cbc blood test. Everything is normal, monocyte count is little low - 4 (the lab normal is 4 - 13). What does that mean? And if it's not hiv what else could it be?

If you tested 3 months post your last unprotected sex, then your test results are conclusive.
