hepatitis B VS HIV

If I gave a blow job to a stranger. (which i really regret but we won't go about all details.)  Let's say i was very drunk. He didn't come in my mouth.  For the pre-cum  I have no idea.  I'm in Vietnam.
I hadn't brushed my teeth for hours before and i didn't for at least two hours after. I didn't have any sore in my mouth that I could notice.
I'm I at BIG risk for HIV or Hepatitis B.     My other other STD's test all came back negative after 5 days.

Hi James, scared and Vance.
Thank you very much for your answers. I really appreciate. I don't want to be the kind of person who post every five minutes but would love your opinion here. It's been almost five weeks after what i would maybe beleive a hiv exposure ( and you are convince not). Anyways I saw to different doctors but it was more about other Std's than HiV. Remember I'm in Vietnam and hepatitis B is a common problem here. ( but I'm safe for that now) Obvously I did mention HIV to both doctors. They both told my it's would be unlikely but not impossible. One of them suggested a test at 8 weeks and the other at 12 weeks. I took one at 4 weeks for peace of mind. ( of course negative). As I said before I wouldn't be too worred if it was a risk only for myself, but i have a wife. Theres is no way I would take any risk of giving her HIV even if the chances were 0.0001.  Anny suport from you guys? I just want to be totally safe for the person i love. Thank you!

It's been nearly three weeks after my 'exposure'. Should I get test to make sure. ( should I go now, wait longer or not at all?) I'm I 100% safe or testing is appropriate?

Hi James!  ( and all other who would like to participate). I thank you so much for your opinion. I saw a post on medhelp in 2008 saying that there is a risk of getting hiv by GIVING a blowjob. They all say there are documented cases but nobody really comfirm what happened. This is what makes me trust you. Was it a mouth full of blood or just an unlucky person? (No answer on google about that) If it was only me I would shut up and take the risk from my own action. But unfortunatly, I have a wife and it's really important for me to make sure she's safe. We're having very big problem at the moment but she woudn't deserved getting hiv from me. Is the risk I took whoth to wait and test?

I'm a bit confused with one thing. Most sites don't want to put stats when they talk about disease. They usually say 'safe' 'low risk'  'risky' etc. however, the sites who go with stats seem to all agree that it would be 1/10 000 chance of catching HIV if you give head and 1/20 000 if you receive. Where do they get those stats if there is only a handful of documented cases? There are probably more than 20 000 blowjob made everyday around the world. These stats would mean that people get infected from oral sex pretty much everyday???????
