Welcome to the HIV forum.

Despite your frequent exposure to commercial sex workers, it sounds like you have used condoms consistently -- in which case your risk for HIV is zero for all practical purposes.  Oral sex is extremely low risk for HIV; it's not an important issue here, even if one or more of your partners had HIV.  I don't follow exactly which of your past partners has been tested and known to be negative, but obviously that is additional evidence against any significant HIV risk.

But the real issue here is why your are asking at all.  Since you are nervous about it, you need testing for reassurance.  With your last exposure in May, enough time has passed for reliable testing; 6-8 weeks is plenty of time after the last possible exposure.  So just go have an HIV antibody test.  You can expect negative results.

Finally, you're obviously having trouble with your sexual choices and behavior ("I'm such a fool and need too stop doing this").  You should seek counseling about it

Feel free to return with a comment to tell me your test result.  But there is no point in any further comments until then.  In the meantime, try not to worry about this so much.  It is extremely unlikely you have HIV.
