hiv and intertrigo?skin yeast?
does hiv have anything to do with skin yeast intertrigo? im overweight and im expericing a little under my stomach and arm pits area, just curious thanks.
im a clean person, i shower once sometimes twice a day, i think my intertrigo could be cause of chronic antibiotic usage, 10 prescriptions in like half a year. and i read hiv causes yeast which causes intertrigo.but it also said not until years after not months.
You don't have HIV and intertrigo is mainly caused by poor hygiene. Not drying between the fold of skin or just not maintaining cleanliness, not HIV related.
yes i tested out at 6 months, with a finger prick and i hope she did the test right. and im negative, i was just curious if anyone knows about intertrigo at all.
