hiv and kissing with aphthous ulcer

Hi,
I french-kissed a girl that is probably HIV positive. The encounter was about 40 minutes long, passionate kissing.
My concern is that at that time I had a canker sore in my mouth, and I don't know if there was any bleeding, open cuts or sores in her mouth. My canker sore was almost healed though, the next morning I was able to peel something like white skin off of the canker sore and the sore was still under it, but very small.
What is my risk? Should I get tested for HIV?

First you have no clue if the girl was HIV positive, don't assume that she was. You have no right to do that. No right to her and no right to people who are HIV positive.

No risk from kissing, none at all no matter what.

Why do you think she was HIV positive?

well, she kinda sleeps around, that is why i assume. i have known her for some time and....i dont wanna say it, OK she once got raped. few weeks after that she developed ARS like symptoms. I kissed with her when drunk, i don't know why i did it.
you still think there's no risk?
should i get tested?

Wouldn't matter if she was positive or not. You were never at risk of contracting HIV from kissing.

Just because you heard she sleeps around does not mean it's true or even if she does sleep around it doesn't mean she does not protect herself. As a guy I slept around in college but that was looked upon as a good thing from my friends and I didn't get anything. And because she was raped doesn't mean anything either.
I just don't want you to do a disservice to those who have HIV and battle with it.

If she is a friend then you shoudl talk to her about being tested and getting help from being raped and not judge her.

And I am sure you had no risk.

i kissed a girl, who was hiv +, millions of times over a couple of years and never caught a thing. The only benefit is, I didn't know she was poz for a long time.
