hiv and lactose intolerance

does HIV infection worsen lactose intolerance? i know that hiv first attacks the gi tract, so would a lactose intolerant person become sicker right after infection with HIV? (within 2-4 mths from infection)

i know and im sorry to bother but the symptoms are not explainable and i sometimes wonder if the test could be wrong or if i could be the one with bad immunity, i feel like i have to be sure about everything
