hiv and pregnancy

hi i am a hiv positive male in a relationship with a hiv negative female. we want to have a baby, but we are worried about possible infection. is there any way i can ejaculate into her vagina without a risk of her getting infected ? are there any drugs for this?

Really not sure but a couple in the UK have done it and had a healthy baby who is HIV negative.The wife was not infected either.

do you know if this procedure is ever covered under health insurnace

You need to go through a very expensive procedure called sperm washing if you want to have a baby with her,don't even think about ejaculating inside her as you could easily infect her this way.Talk to your doctor about this procedure.All the best.
