hiv and scrotum skin

Hello, I had condoms protected oral and vagina sex with one CSW 1 week ago and felt very HIV anxiety. Two questions need your consultation although maybe you have answered similar ones several times. Pls kindly don’t delete this thread.
1. During the intercourse I felt my scrotum got in touch with outside part of her vagina. I am not too sure whether there is some vagina liquid during the skin to skin touch. I did eye ball check later of my skin at bottom of penis and scrotum and it is healthy and no any open cut.

You know skin at bottom of penis and outside scrotum is different from that of hand, leg and other part of the body. It is thin, more sensitive and sometimes moist. Can it also very well preventive to HIV and doesn’t permit HIV to enter into the body?

2. If I want to have antibody test to get mental relief is 4-week acceptable to be the window period?
