I had sex with a guy and he only penetrated me for a moment. I wanted to know can a person get hiv from a moment of penetration
if you had unprotected sex...yes you put yourself at risk. hiv can be present in pre-seminal fluid. with that being said...it is unlikely that a moment of penetration infected you...BUT it is best to know your status. a test done at 6-8 weeks will give you a good indication of your status but follow that up with a test at 3 months for a conclusive result.
