hiv anxiety

hello, just wanted to say that this forum represents the unity of humanity.
i had an encounter with prostitute, we had protected vaginal intercourse for two times and unprotected oral sex once, i got tested 10 days later and i got neagtive result for hiv and positive for chlamydia (11). i know that test was made earlier than i t should be, but does it hold and indication even if minor, also i took viral meds 7 days after the encounter, now 17 days later i have a mild fever 37.6 with general fatigue and swollen lymph nodes, it also hurts badly under my groin, over the thighs and under the testicles( lymph nodes), please advice, could these symptoms be related to anxiety, for the subject is so disturbing me in an unimmaginable way, should i get retested.
thank you alot for the huge efforts.

you dont need a test to begin with as you only had protected sex=no risk
and unprotected oral=no risk..
so you dont have hiv, dont need to retest
