i respectfully inform to you that i involve oral sex with a women .She touch my pennis and i touch her vagina. I feel that her vagina fluid touch my finger accidently  .My finger with her vaginal fluid touch my naked pennis.No penetration .Can hiv transmitted in this way .i need hiv test .Kindly give a soulation

You start by saying oral sex and then you don't talk about that at all. Don't really follow your question but can tell you that oral sex is not a risk and masterbation (masturbation) is not a risk. You did not have a risk for HIV.
