You should have just tested at 3 months and avoided all this drama.Your negative, your results aren,t going to change even if you test again.

no way i think you are not sure what you are telling people.listen dude i have already wasted my savings on hiv combi tests  test here are not free and i am not that rich person so if some one who know about hiv tell me they are conclusive at 11 weeks and 3 day than i will not retest after 3 days other wise i will have to waste some more money.so just tell me are my result conclusive or not please

If I told you again that the answer is no, you would still go for the test wouldn't you? ;)

Variation in results are meaningless if it's non-reactive at 3 months post-exposure for various reasons because false negative is impossible beyond 3 months post-exposure.

Window period is definitely not meant to be an exact measurement of when someone can be tested. Some people seroconvert early, within 3-6 weeks post exposure, while others seroconvert late, within 6-12 weeks. That's why 3 months is set to be the latest time you can get tested. The 6 months mark is highly exceptional, unless you have no immunity at all (which only happens to less than 1% of the world population), you can be 100% sure that your 3 months test is 100% accurate.
The generations of the test don't make any difference. As long as you get tested 3 months post possible exposure, any test of any generation will be able to detect the presence of HIV.

11 weeks and 3 days, 12 weeks, same thing... The result is not gonna change only in 4 days. If you were positive, your test would've shown it by now. I'd say your test is conclusive.
