hiv concern

I was stabbed by the needle and there was no blood which is in the injection tube injected into my body, but I was worried that the blood in the needle would infect me with HIV.is it  the same as sharing needles ?any risk?

This is different from (intravenous injection)sharing neeld,right?no risk stabbed by hollow needle
No, hollow needle alone (not connected with plunger assembly) never remains under vacuum, therefore exposure of atmospheric oxygen will inactivate HIV even if it was there in the hollow space
