hiv diagnostics

I had high risk exposure by needle stick from stranger. I had rash at 4 weeks . dry skin all over. Strange itchy rashes . swollen glands lost weight. look sick. Testdd HIV RNa quant 6 weeks was UD <20 copies assay. tested at 8, 9 and 11 weeks oraquick finger pricks. All negative. Is it really hard to diagnose HIV ? Why do people say conclusive after 3 months when CDC does not say that 97%!

Yes I did have an exposure. Got needle stick from guy in mexico I ran after him and cops caught him. Happens to be he is positive! mY EYES ARE dark sunken and peeling skin. I toot last test 11 weeks after that. lost much eight. look terrible. These days internet just wants hits or money from people and drs that give clean bill of health over net. Yes I am worried because I have real strange symptoms. HIV does not care about 90 days. Teak I was told by lady at clinic that she has tested people rapid negative but they test positive via blood draw. What test and when I take that tell me you do not have it 100%? When a Dr pokes himself by accident they test out to a year! they must know something please explain
thanks

You never had an exposure and your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results
