hiv dna detector pcr test at 8 weeks

i have unprotected oral and virginal sex with a CSW on 19th feb after 1 and 2 weeks i have fever, loose motions, mouth ulsurs, night sweats, body rush started, my cbc report shows low lymphocytes 15%, i have taken 2 hiv combo test at 2 weeks, 5 weeks, and 8 weeks all are non reactive but the index value is increased(0.11, 0.14,0.23) i also taken a hiv dna detector pcr test which shows the result not detected for hiv1 and hiv 2, but at this time 10 weeks of exposure i have persistence fever high in the evening and dry cough  and white toung  and discharge from my penis
as mu dna test negetive so i m sure i am not infected, but my symtoms (symptoms) and cbc report indicate i m infected
please give me the right answer

Only a test at 12 weeks will give you an answer I'm afraid

Your symptoms and cbc report don't indicate that you're infected.  ARS symptoms wouldn't last for over six weeks.  

If you tested negative at 8 weeks, you are probably negative.  Test at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

And use condoms!

can u tell me what is the cause of my low lymphocytes in my blood i taken my CBC at 5, 8 weeks with lymphocytes 15% and 19 % and increased wbc 9.19 and 12.59 which shows that i have some infection, i taken all types of antibiotics this period but my wbc is going high why? this indicate i have some serious infection, and how long the ars symptoms present?

If one has ARS, it happens 2-4 weeks post infection and lasts 1-2 weeks. Most people that are infected don't have ARS or so mild they don't even know it. PCR-DNA tests are not used to diagnose HIV in early HIV infection. An antibody test done at 3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive result.

I would think the discharge is from some sort of bacterial infection, std or standard urinary tract infection, which is probably throwing the bloodwork off. I'm no expert, but I think an HIV infection would decrease you WBC's, not increase.

You cannot go by CBC to diagnose HIV. Only the proper HIV tests diagnose HIV.

1)i take ultrasound which shows fatty lever and increased spleen, i read that if u have spelenomegaty then window period increased, my doc told me that your symptoms and CBC report indicate latter stage of hiv infection,
2) i m from india my doc told me that window period may be 3 months, 6months, 1 year it depends on individuals so why you always says that 3 months is conclusive
3) i read in the net if someone have negative dna pcr test then there is no chance to serocconvert to positive.
4) in my case very risky exposure and i started ARS in 1 and 2 weeks ARS includes(fever, daheria, tounge, ulser, nightsweats, fatiege, skin rush), out of these now after 10 months of exposure i have mild rush, fever 99.6 at evening and tounge ulser(rough whiteish tonge), and discharge from my penis.

The CDC window period is 3 months.  That's why Teak says it.  

And PCR-DNA tests are not approved to diagnose HIV.

Research it again. There are a number of reasons for low lymphocytes counts besides AIDS. What did your doctor say about it?

why does everyone keep saying that PCR tests are not used as a diagnostic tool for detecting hiv?  i've talked to numerous specialists who say otherwise. the test won a nobel prize for pete's sake. it may not be FDA or CDC approved but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. from my understanding it's an extremely sensitive test that looks for very small traces of the virus before the antibodies are even present, so how would it not be reliable?

Search the forum and you'll find your answers. PCR-DNA tests can show you not being infected when you are and they can also show more false positives. Were not going to get into this discussion on PCR-DNA tests.

teak i searched and found that chronic stress can cause the low lymphocytes besides AIDS. and another is blood cancer, teak what do u think i have any serious STD  like hiv, hsv, hepetitisA and B or HPV. at this point of my life i have not too much money. i lost my job too.
my doctors nothing to tell me what happining with me
and my physical symptoms cbc  says that i m infected
please help me i have lost everything n want to suside, this is my first sex in my life and might be last

yesterday after 93days of exposure i have taken hiv1&2 elisa test with is non reactive alongwith hbsag surface antigen test for HBV and hcv Igm test both are negetive, but i still have white toung rush and evening rising feve, i also took LFT liver test inwhich alt is incriesed 74(max range 65) and lipid profile test which have high colestrol 220 and high trigelisride 488, can all this effect the window period of hiv as i crossed 3 months mark and test for hiv is -ve, can is it possible i have any other major std like HPV, HCV, HBV HSV1 &2 or i have hiv which is not dignosed due to undetecteble antibodies as cdc says the window period is 6 months.
please tell me as soon as possible

you have a reliable and conclusive test result...proving that you do NOT have hiv.

continue to work with your doctor if you are having health concerns...it's NOT hiv related.

today i took TB igg and TB igm test which shows TB igg positive and TB igm negetive
my qustion is that it is due to undignosed HIV as my body not able to prodused detectebele antibodies so i am infected with TB i also have some late symtoms (symptoms) of HIV like white toung rush fever night sweats dry cough
