hiv exposure

I just came in contact with urine that wasin a walmart bag while cleaning up litter.. got contents on my skin and i accidentaly touched my mouth with hand. How soon cshould I be tested for hiv. I am a granmother who baybsits and am horrified at what happned. I know from the internet that urine can not pass hiv on less blood was in it. But if they test urine and slaiva for hiv why can it not be passed?
