No worries,so far so good but be sure to have that final test at 3 months to make it all official.
cheers, thanks for the infomation
The unprotected sex with the Australian women has placed you at risk and it was a DUO or COMBO test that you had and at 4 weeks that test is 99.89% accurate but the antigen part only looks for HIV1.
no idea, it just said MEIA test 99.9 per cent accurate then negative....
I looked for the definition of MEIA and it says that it looks for both anitgen and antibody
either way what do you think of my exposures?
Did you have AB + AG which is the DUO test which looks for antibodies + antigen or just the antibody test?
I don't want to contradict you here, I don't know what is right but here it says MEIA is 4th generation then again they maybe wrong.
If it is 4th gen then it would be more accurate at 3 weeks...?

thanks for your help
around 75% at 3 weeks and it's 3rd generation.
That was meant to say is how accurate is the MEIA test at 3 weeks? Is it a 4th generation test?
The test is approved and accurate at 3 months post--exposure.
