hiv from dried blood

sir,
I sat on the  dried hiv blood(I am sure it is from the hiv patient) wearing  very soft cloth, also at that time I had excessive vaginal discharge.so I am in fear that my vaginal discharge made any contact with that blood and whether it will transmit hiv.so please tell me if my vaginal discharge made contact with that dried blood through my cloth, can it transmit hiv.10 min after this incident I reached my home and washed my private parts, but 2 days ago I came through an article which stated like washing vagina after hiv fluid made contact with it will increase the risk.so I want to know whether this article stating outside of the vagina or inside of the vagina.so please help me dr.

1. Why would you sit on blood?
2. How do you know it is blood?
3. Why do you assume it would be from an HIV+ person?

You had no risk.
