hiv from heat rash

I had skin irritation(heat rash) from my nail scratch on my scrotum during protected sex using condom with a sex worker.I had redness over scrotum during sex.Do i have chances that her vaginal fluids came into contact with my scrotum and contracting HIV assuming she was hiv POSITIVE???And do i have to get tested over this incident?

The bites are related to some condition other than hiv,see your doctor because you never had an exposure to hiv from what you described 4months ago.

Any cuts, abrasions, PEELED OFF skin, cracked cuticles, and etc. does not pose any HIV transmission. Please take note that the virus becomes in.active when it is expose in the air. The skin acts as a excellent barrier to the virus.  Our skin is composed of several layers and begin healing immediately, so small cuts, abrasions and etc.. cannot transmit HIV.

A transmission from open wound requires a WOUND that needs medical attention.

No risk. No need for any other tests. Protected sex is = NO risk. You cannot get infected from a nail scratch.
