hiv from nose

Hi teak,
i have a question for you.
I went to an ENT (ear nose throat) doctor yesterday as i had a bad cold and stuffy nose and he put some metal instrument in my nose.
now i am wooried because the patient before me had a bleeding nose and the doctor put the same metal instruments minutes before in his nose too.
He didnt sterlise or clean the metal thing.
Now i am extremely worried as ichecked on cdc website that you can get hiv through mucous membranes in your nose.
I am very very worried please tell me if i need a hiv test.

no i am sure the thing he put in my nose was not sterlised and he was using same instrument in my nose
