hiv infection over hand shake and right after touching my toung

I shaked hand with s possible hiv infected people. Right afterwards, I don't know why I touched my tounge with my hand. My tongue had micro wounds, I think. 3 days later a mild constant fever started ~99 F. It has been happening since 1 week and still on. For the first days I lost my appetite and had a light diarrhea, but it disappeared. I also feel fatigue since then. My question can I get infected with HIV. I have been really worrying since then.

But what about touching the tongue (with micro wounds) with my hand which has possible traces of salivas of the infected people?
