hiv infection?

I have been with my guy for a year now and I trusted him completely, never had any reason not to. However we were in a sort of intimate relationship and I gave him unprotected oral sex with him ejaculating.I didnt spit it out however. also in the midst of all that I had a abcessed tooth removal and was taking clindamycin for the abcess. Now I noticed that I have a red rash on the back of my neck only. I have checked to see if it was on my back stomach, chest and legs.. but only on the back of my neck. I also have a yeast infection and white patch on my tongue. I am wondering if this is side effects from the clindamycin, but I am  very paranoid person since I have hsv1 and am wondering if I now contracted hiv. I have been told on here that oral sex with ejaculation that i was not at risk since the risk was small, but doctors say differently. please help i am scared. I am not even at the three month window period as the first time was August 28th, so testing now may not do me any good. I have tested three times this year and was negative, but I live my life in fear every day that those results might be wrong or have changed due to being intimate with my guy.

I suggest you go to a different doctor that knows what he's talking about.  You don't have an HIV concern.

Because I have had several instances. But today I found out that my antibiotic gave me a yeast infection and my paperwork from the doctor states that if it doesn't go away or keeps coming back may be a sign of early stages of hiv. So I was wondering since I have had the recurrence of bv if that meant the same thing and all my rapid testings came negative. I looked the accuracy on those and found them to be 99.98 % accurate.

No it doesn't. You've never had an exposure.

Does having recurring bv that doesn't go away mean early stages of hiv? Been treated for it four times and it comes back. But still tested negative for hiv with three testing this year. Last test was September 18th

We provide you with the facts here at medhelp,I can't comment on why your doctor suggested  you had a risk and i answered your question about swallowing sperm, the acid in the gut would render the virus inactive and therefore it wouldn't infect you.

.FROM THE HIV EXPERTS HERE AT MEDHELP:

"As you know from other posts about oral sex, our stance is that giving or receiving oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  Some others suggest that there is an appreciable risk of HIV from oral sex however, there are no convincing scientific reports which support these statements.  The presence of a burn in your mouth, or a sore, or ingestion of blood does not change this.  Still no risk an no reason for testing."  DR HOOK

"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow"  DR HOOK

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANDSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANDSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort).  DR. HOOK

"With regard to the question you ask, I will repeat, as I’ve said more times than I can think- there are NO credible cases in which persons have acquired HIV through performance of oral sex- none!!.  The chance that you will be the first is ridiculously low.  You are more likely to be hit by lightening while reading my reply to you. DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." DR HOOK

"There is no credible evidence that HIV is spread through oral sex, with or without the presence of cuts or blood in the persons mouth."- DR HOOK

"Oral sex. there is no evidence that HIV is spread through giving or receiving oral sex"- DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread through oral sex."  DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread through giving or receiving oral sex"   DR HOOK

Ok so you say the saliva would have killed off the hiv. Does that include when u swallow the sperm in to your system? Isn't hiv carried in semen ?

What would the rash in the Back of the neck and white patch on tongue mean? U was also hot and clammy feeling this morning. Us this all a reaction to the clindamycin I was taking for my teeth or percocet for pain? It also gave me a yeast infection

Many Hiv experts agree that oral sex under any circumstance is zero risk for Hiv infection. Many GP's are not educated in Hiv matters and will often be over conservative. You never had an Hiv risk.

You never had an exposure. Oral sex does not transmit HIV and saliva has over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibits HIV transmission.
