hiv negative at 10 weeks

hello doctor. I am a gay male who was in a relationship with my parter who was hiv positive and hid it from me. I am 10 weeks out from exposure and was tested western blot negative both times. my second test the doctor ran a pcr and viral load and it was negative at 10 weeks. Are my chances looking good or am i stilll in the full window period.

12th week is conclusive ,, seems you are almost off the case
