hiv oral exposure?

I wrote on the med wall. I drank from a cocktail (about 10 times) of an hiv + friend of mine. When i asked to dr HOok he told me that is not possible (virtually zero risk) but when i asked him if it was a 100% sure comportmentent he told me that is not possible to say 100 % ??? could explane me better the difference between virtually 0 risk?. I am scared cause she had cracked lips. I didn1 t taste blood..i should remember of this . I didn1t have any cut on my lips. Maybe a little bit scrapped.
The worst think that i can t remove from my mind is that hiv survive about (5-10 seconds on environment surface). If i drank in a less period would it be possible for me to infect??
Is it for you safe to restore sex with my life??
Thank you very much and sorry for my awful english :)
