hiv oral sex help!!!

Pleease help!! I'm worried sick that I might have contracted hiv. I am a 20y/o female. I became sexually active when I was 18 and have had 3 sexual partners. I have always had safe sex except on ONE ocasion (I'm 100% certain). About a year ago I performed oral sex (fellatio) on a partner whithout a condom. I was only orally in contact with pre-cum but he ejaculated nowhere near my mouth. The fellatio lasted only a few minutes and at the time I had just recovered from a cold. The next afternoon (It was winter time and I remember that the day before I nearly freezed because I had not worn a proper coat) i began feeling sick. I got a high fever, a very red and sore throat and general body aching and tiredness. I put myself to bed and slept/rested for approximately that whole night and the next day. After this period of time I felt much better, the symptoms practically disappeared with minimal to no medication and I have experienced no worrying symptoms since.
I am very sensitive to throat infections (my tonsils become easily sore and I have gone through all the throat realted "itis" infections durind childhood and adolescence) but have never been diagnosed with an std. My question is wether or not I should worry about a "primary hiv infection" or are symptoms one day after the unsafe sexual contact to early for it to be hiv?? could my symptoms have been due to a "garden virus", bacteria or urine on the penis (it is not the most germ-free part of the body)??...please help me keep calm! I have been reading on the internet and i feel like i went through the whole list of symptoms for an early hiv infection and I am becoming SERIOUSLY PARANOID ever since I found out hiv had flu-like symptoms!! thank-you in advance!
P.s. I have not had any unsafe sex since then.

forgot to mention I ocasionally get tonsil stones. Could these be related to hiv or any other std? I already had tonsil stones before i started being sexually active.

Nothing to add to what Vance already told you. You never had a risk. HIV is NOT transmitted by oral sex.

I know you're not asking me, but saliva does not carry hiv right?. It's in blood, semen, vaginal secretions and breast milk.

Hello, I am not gonna challenge the point that oral sex is not at risk of HIV. But I am just wondering why saliva can't pass on virus, although saliva contains HIV virus, but vagina fluid can pass on virus? Is that because the amounts of virus in saliva are less than vagina fluid? Thanks!

I was was pretty sure hiv could be transmited through oral sex...it's the information I've come across in several web-pages dedicated to hiv and aids...

I appreciate your answer though!

APPARENTLY you didnt take the time to read any of the posts of this forum.  if you had...you would have seen that oral sex does not transmit hiv.

If one has symptoms they do not happen the next day, but even better news is oral sex is not a risk for HIV.
