hiv positive

i had sex with my aunt 2 years ago one time and  definitely tell she dont have hiv my question i will get hiv though my aunt did not have and these 2 years i donated blood 4 times while 5 time they call me that iam hiv so should i reliable to this and they tested pcr rna

as Teak said ... my father he use to donate blood for long time once they phoned and told him that he have something like hapitaties c ... but he went to our family doctor and make some test and the resault showed us that everything is ok ... after a while they phoned us and told us that it was a mistake from there pc or what they call it well it was a shock for us but its ok ... so they have a mistake how can it resault now after 2 years that u have HIV positive . so do how Teak said no worries
