How long does it take for hiv to produce autoimmune diseases? And can autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure, Diabetes, GRID, Uric Acid, and High Cholesterol effect the you getting hiv and the testing results?

Have no idea, but the link you posted doesn't say anything about HIV causing Sjögren's syndrome.
