How long does it take for hiv to produce autoimmune diseases? And can autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure, Diabetes, GRID, Uric Acid, and High Cholesterol effect the you getting hiv and the testing results?

HIV does not cause an autoimmune disease. It causes an Aquired Immune Disease. The answer to the last part of your questions is NO.
