hiv rash on hands? oral with no protection
i received oral sex approximately three months ago without protection. i had a hiv test that came back negative a short while ago but i think the oral sex came within the three months exposure limit.
for about a month i have had very small (you have to be very close to my hand to see them, like if you hold my hand 20 cm away you cant see them) red spots on my hand that very occasionally have slight burning but are not painful. each spot stays for two or three days and then disappears without leaving a mark. usually at most i have three or four of either of these on each hand - as i say this has been going on for over a month.
i know that hiv infection is very unlikely through oral sex but i keep getting worried about the red spots on my hand and unfortunately i am unable to get a hiv test for several weeks. can anyone confirm that the spots on my hand are not a symtom of hiv? from what i read the rash associated with hiv usually only lasts for two weeks or so and usually blisters.

No incident HIV infections among MSM who practice exclusively oral sex.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

i thought there was some risk with oral? it was very short contact and no blood etc exchanged. think i can stop worrying then? as i say i have not had penetrative intercourse with anyone since my negative test. im not displaying any other symptoms.
think i searched red spots on hand on google when i was checkign out my symptoms and it came up with hiv rash...
