6 weeks ago i had unpretected oral sex with another male of unknown status no semen involved i dont think , from that day on i started having hot flushes , and dizzyness , started feeling sick with headaches, the following weak i suffered from a white tongue and really bad fatigue and was unable to get out of bed for about a week , all the time having a high temperature than normal and sweating alot , then i started with diorhea which lasted for bout 2 weeks , also iv had numbness in hands and feet in a moring that wakes me up, also muscle spasms, went to the docs and they said i have a uti and game me antibiotics. iv been depressed and suffering from anxiety too im conv inced iv contracted hiv , i had a antibody test 2 weeks past exposure - negative, i had a p24 and antibody duo test 4 weeks and 2 days past exposure and a rapid swab test - negative, im having a 6.5 week test soon and im sure it will show poz this time, recently iv experienced tirdness stuffy nose slight sore throat dry skin  and red spots on my legs , bum and arms im pretty sure im doomed and dont know wether il be able to cope with being hiv pos , if anybody has been in same boat as me with the symptoms and ended up being neg please let me know , im so scared i feel like my life is over ......

You did not have a risk. Everything you are going through is not HIV related. You either have someother medical issue or your mind is getting the best of you.

oh just spend a couple of hours reading the forum.  pretty much EVERYONE has those symptoms and none have tested positive.  are ya seeing a pattern here?

i had all symtoms like you . i have recived my 109 days test result it is negative.i never done unprotected sex but had all symtoms. i get 7 test duo  duting 3 months all are negative. now completed 3 months 22 days but still tired and sore throat, bad breathing.

i need your advise .why people get symtoms like bad breathing and rest if they dont have real risk. can bad breathing and  tiredness be a part of anxioty?

Yes it can be caused by stress an anxiety as with a number of other issues. See your doctor if you have a concern.

im still so scared i really want to believe that i had no risk but iv had every symptom of hiv/ars and some are still on goin and the 1 that scares me the most is the rash on my body and the low grade temp and the fullness in my ears everything iv read is a symptom of hiv i was very healthy and well b4 i had the exposure , im that scared its all i think about and even when im asleep i wake up from having bad dreams about it , also my partner is expeiencing similar symptoms what if iv passed it to her ?  i just wont b able to cope if im pos i just wish id have known more about hiv then i wouldnt be in this situation now , im certain iv got it and theres nothing i can do......
