hiv risk condom breakage CSW

The other day I had sex encounter with CSW in Poland from night club, vaginal sex with condom. But unfortunately while changing position I had a look at my penis and saw that condom had broke down, we stopped and showered with water. I do not know for how long I was inside with the condom broke (without protection).

I asked CSW if she could have a test with me for my peace of mind and she denied, I even offered her money but she kept saying "no" giving some excuses and saying that she is healthy...this makes me even more concern and worry.
On top of that when I arrived home I saw that my glans has some kind of red spot of around 1cm, it seems an abrasion or internal bruise, I guess as result of aggressive sex, probably same reason why condom broke down, although I am not sure where it comes from. I am sure there was no bleeding from that spot but it is certainly very red and looks like a damage in the skin, I never had any strange feeling or pain, even when I touch it.

I know that probabilities are in my side of being negative after this single event but I am wondering how much my risk is increased due to this kind of bruise or abrasion in my penis glans. (very red spot 1cm, with well defined borders, no bleeding, no pain or feeling even when touching it).

Also thinking about taking a 10 days hiv RNA test to reduce my anxiety levels and later at 1 month and 3 month mark an antibody test.

Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.
