hiv risk from fingering with injured fingered?


hello
I had sex with a hooker (protected) but i was stupid enough to finger her vagina(which was wet ).that happened 4 days ago...now i see that my middle finger (the one i used during sex) has an old healed injury(these tiny cuts that happen around the nails) but i dont know if it was open during sex.can hiv hbv or other stds be transmitted like this?
please answer immediately!

Razor and toothbrush is no risk. If you use condons for anal / vaginal six you will never have a worry

thanks for fast reply.i was wondering why hiv can be transmitted by practices like using the same razor or toothbrush...and not from french kissing or fingering with a little blood?
why in first case a little blood transmits virus but in the second case it doesnt?
as far as safe sex is concerned apart from using condom for oral /vaginal sex what else can i do?
