hiv risk from precum

I recently started to have sex with a man vaginaly, but the condom came off. He was inside of me for a minute or 2, but did not cum. The condom was not on any of that time.

He says he got tested on month ago and was clean of all diseases. I just don't trust him.

What is my risk if there was precum present when he penetration me for a couple minutes?

exactly right. test, but don't be too worried about a bad result.

So basically I shouldn't really be worried because my risk is so low, but still get tested just in case?

No it does not.

Most Dr's would not give you PEP, as that is normally reserved for people with known risks.

I do have an ingrown hair that got infected on my genitals I am currently on antibiotics for. I was on day 1 of antibiotics then. Does that increase my risk?

Is there enough of a risk I should get put on post exposure meds even when he said he was clean?

a small risk, but a risk all the same. it's better to get tested, although your risk is very low.
