hiv risk or not ?

i was went to hiv test in hospital 3 weeks ago . my no. was second . The first person after his finger prick test broke a little cotton to a small cotton heap from his bleeded finger . And i also broke some cotton from that heap with my bleeded finger in less then a minute.
what happened he was hiv+ and if his blood and my blood made a contact there or i broke the his blooded cotton and clean my finger and put the cotton on my wound after near a minute ?
How much at risk I was ?
Now after 3 weeks i have oral thrus white coating tounge and muscle pain , and stain patches on my penis and in both groin.
Help me plz. I am so scared

hiv is not transmitted through environmental surfaces or inanimate objects.  once exposed to air...hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect.

you had NO risk from what you have described.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

WHEN you have one of the above exposures...THEN you have put yourself at risk.

until then...move along...enough is enough
