hiv risk through creams?

Hi i am a really silly person and think the worst all the time.

I ordered a cream today nothing unusual opened it used it, it looked as if it had been used, and had some stuff around the rim! could of been anything but i rubbed the cream with this dirty top on my skin where i have spots which have bled and i have picked is this a cause for concern?

Then after i washed the top - im sure no one would or could put anything through into it but while i was in the bath with this cream i applied it to my skin where i have spots which bleed. is this a cause for concern? can i continue to use this cream without being worried?

thanks
