have had a one time sex with a hooker , protected when in vagina , but also had penis rubbing unprotected on the external part of the  vagina.   no ejaculation in either places. she also performed unprotected oral sex on me. what are the chance of getting infected by hiv

none of the situations that you've provided us with, put you at risk for contracting hiv.

hiv is not transmitted outside it's host.  the unprotected rubbing was not a risk.
