hello doctor,
last week i had sex with a sex worker in thailand.she was a id card holder means registered prostitute..while having sex she was on the above position sitting on my penis ...and after a few time i noticed that i left my condom inside and penis was uncovered...she took is out then...and after that i washed my penis properly...and she was also washing her vagina again and again before and after sex...i am very scared of hiv and cant sleep since a week...i am feeling tired,,sleepy and having cold ,2 new pimple on body....i am very scared.....when shoud i get hiv test....i am really scared and feel like hell..,,.when should i get tested....pllzz plzz plzz help me.....................................

if the condom was left inside finally when you withdraw ed after sex your penis was well covered during the event but if you saw the thing wasnt on your head during the event and you still didnt took it for concern then there could be a small risk...

Anyways what you mention as feeling tired, cold and all are never symptoms.. ARS is a strong symptoms carrying indicator. Washing penis after the event is always a very good practice. So to conclude i feel the risk is very astronomical and if you feel you are very nervous go for a test at 6 week mark to rest your doubts.

In between would also say do not surf internet and gather statics this forum has all the necessary  documentation in archive which is based on expert practice and counselling experience ( I say it because i learned it here)

thanks a lot for your help bro.........but i am sure that there was no fluid secretion from her vagina and my penis was not wet..no contact of any fluid....and my condom was left inside..but it was my first time unprotected sex ....sir...the major problem is that this incident occured 6 days back........and i have to wait for atleast 35 days more...how do i paas this 30-35 days????????????? so scared so worried.........

There is nothin to worry...jus re-read stellar123's reply for you..,it might be bit hard to pass the days..try not to think about it..the more you think about it you get more different things in mind.so jus ease your mind and do your daily works as-usual.....

condom was inside her....penis was in direct contact.....but there was no fuilds exchange..and she was id card holder..(means registered prostitute.) and mine was 1st time unproteced sex.......plz help

you can test at 6-8 weeks post exposure for a good indication of your status...but follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.

today at day 41 (6 week) i got following test-
SERUM FOR H.I.V.(1&2)ANTIBODIES-NEGATIVE
(BY ELISA TEST)
......should i stop worrying now about hiv...how many cases have you seen turn positive aftrer a 6 week negative test.........please respond this...i need help.........
