hiv secretion getting into the condom

My penis was flacid and i forced my penis into the vagina i am sure the condom was on , may have been a little loose at the base because i didn't have a full erection. When i was finished i saw a lot of her vaginal secretion at the base of my penis and it appeared that some of her secretion was in the condom . Taking all these facts into consideration do you think that the secretion that got into the condom can cause me to become infected ? the lady is hiv+ and has been on antiretroviral medication for the past three years since being diognosed with the illness. I'm getting extemely scared now because i think the condom wasn't used properly in that i didnt have a full ecrection ,could this situation have put me at risk of contracting hiv from my partner?

I saw this post and I wanna ask a question here, and please can someone answer me

"you would only need to be concerned if her vaginal secretion entered the tip/ opening of your penis. If it was only on the base of the penis, there is no risk of infection"

what if the vaginal fluid did entered the tip? does it mean possibility of HIV infection?

Nope, you would only need to be concerned if her vaginal secretion entered the tip/ opening of your penis. If it was only on the base of the penis, there is no risk of infection.
