hiv symptoms, negative test at 7 weeks

Hi, am a nurse in the OR and 8 weeks ago got a needlestick injury. the source was tested using a rapid test and was neg for hiv. about 2 weeks post exposure, i got muscle and joing aches, sore throat that won't go, and chills. No fever. i did a hiv antibody test at 4 weeks and 7 weeks and it was negative. Now am noticing tiny little painless bumps on my right arm. They are not red and widespread. I think i've had them before in the past. Am scared, could the source have been hiv positive? can i rely on the 7 week hiv test?
