hiv symptoms?

I was away travelling through South America and had unprotected vaginal sex with a guy on 3 occasions, he did not ejaculate inside of me. About 4/5 weeks later I got tested for HIV in Ecuador and it came back negative. A few months later around 4 months ago, I had sex with another guy and from what I remember, it was protected but i'm not 100% sure if it was protective the whole time. Since the encounter I have been experiencing the following symptoms;

7 weeks of slightly swollen lymph nodes, mainly in neck around my collarbone, one in the right armpit and the groin. - they are painless.

around a week of diarrhoea. - could have been food poisoning.

I seemed to have gained quite a bit of weight in the space of a few months - no diet/exercise changes.

A few weeks of a painful scabs on my nasal septum. I woke up in the morning with a build up of snot and when i touch the inside of my nose, it's painful. It was like a had scabs on both sides of my nasal septum.

Most concerning of all is yesterday I discovered a bald patch on the top of my head, it seemed to appear out of nowhere and now i'm worried that it's a sign of something else caused by HIV. It's a coin shaped bald patch. I've never has any hair loss conditions before.

I haven't experienced any fever, rashes, sore throat or any other obvious symptoms - mostly mild symptoms.

What are the chances my symptoms are due to hiv? Are hiv symptoms usually more severe?
I know that hiv cannot be diagnosed by symptoms but I am really worried. I am going to the doctors in a few days about my sudden hair loss and will ask for a HIV blood test.

"I know that hiv cannot be diagnosed by symptoms " so you also know that you have to take a test. A duo is conclusive after 4 weeks and any test after 3 months.
