I am 29 yrs male. I had exposure with a CSW and I tested for hiv(4th generation combo test) at 31st and 44th day after exposure which came back Non Reactive, now I want to know that should I go for further testing and could anything affect my test result as I have slip disc problem and have pain sometimes.

You seem to be having a hard time trusting your results.
The 4th generation tests you took looks for a p24 antigen and hiv antibodies. These tests are very accurate and specific.
If any of the symptoms you mentioned was due to acute hiv infection you would certainly had tested positive because it would be evidence of your bodies reaction to the infection.
You tested more than enough for a conclusive result.
As already advised, don't neglect to look elsewhere for your concerns.

Nothing can alter the results of an HIV test. The only thing would be if someone took PEP unsuccessfully in on order to stop an infection that could delay antibody production or if you were on immunosuppressive drugs such as chemotherapy (which is only theoretical)

Your duo test was conclusive at 4 weeks. HIV is not your concern.

no i did not test for other stds and i did not check the temprature but it seems normal ........ pllzz ans to my questions asked in above msg....
it seems as though everyone is in agreement that your tests are conclusive .there are other stds that imitate .hiv they can even display themselves similarly serologically.so maybe you might want to consider other stds.log everything

hello
For the peace of my mind I did 2 more HIV test(4th generation combo test) on 62nd and 74th day post exposure .......... do these test conclusively give my HIV Negative status under any circumstances as i have allergy problem for 3 years due to which i have itching all over my body ???
and i got my online report in only 2hours 20 minutes on my test taken at 74th day otherwise for my first 3 tests i got my online report in around 4hours 30 mins ....... what is the actual time taken by the test to be processed ????
my index values for all test .....
31st day = 0.07
44th day = 0.13
62nd day = 0.15
74th day = 0.13

It must be common illness but not HIV.

Your test is conclusive.  You are HIV-negative.  Whatever symptoms you are having are not due to HIV.
