Assessing from symptoms alone can be misleading, that's why you need to get tested 3 months from your exposure. Try to ask around though, I suggest HIV organisation in your country.
thnx for ur feedback and now it's more than 1 month still cold and fever continues and didn't went for test, and problem is that actually am out of my country and will be there only after 3/4 months so any easy idea to get tested??
This risk warrants a test for you, and for that you will have to wait because one week is too short to assume the test conclusive. Get yourself tested 6-8 weeks after the exposure, followed by a follow up test at 12-13 weeks to get a conclusive and final result.
The symptoms you mentioned, are not because of HIV infection, because such symptoms apprea only after 2-4 weeks. Also, do not think about symptoms, they do not mean much in majority of the cases. Relax and wait until you can get a reassuring test result.
