hiv test

hello there ,

i will try to make this as simple as possible , 7 months ago all of a sudden i had sore throat and my tongue starting to become white and now my tongue is all white and my mouth is dry , i search these symptoms and all i can find is hiv !!!! , i started testing in different   two clinics in total 10 tests , my mouth dryness and white tongue "thrush" still persist , i'm scared and afraid about the subjects of hiv 1 and 2 and the sub-groups !!!! , please do reply to me:

1- is 3rd generation test able to detect all groups and sub-types ?
2-can i be confidant that the dry mouth and thrush is not caused by hiv ?

1. Yes
2. I can tell you because you don't talk about what and when you had sexual risks, or IV drug risks.
