Get your conclusive test at 3 months. Next time use a condom.

i do plan on taking another test at 3 months but i jus wanted to know how accurate the test would be at 8 weeks because i'm showing significant symptoms and i understand that the antibody test does'nt detect in the early stages..

You don't have symptoms after 6 weeks. Most people will test positive by 6-8 weeks.

I am very bad but i have had unprotected sex at least 5 times in the last five months with  5 different guys and i don't know any of their sexual history. In january i spent a whole month with painful muscles and joints and i went to the doctor but never followed throught the blood tests since then the symptoms have disappeared. Is this sign of HIV infection? I still see one of the guys and is it okay to have sexual intercourse. I feel guilty as if i know i have HIV but i don't really....i just know that this is wrong behaviour. What do others think? Most people are saying about swollen glands....i don't have this but i saw muscles ache sand joint pains as a symptom which could occur 6 weeks after infection.....very concerned.
