hiv transmission food

I went to the chip shop today and bought a roll and chips. The man getting my roll wasn't wearing gloves when he was handling it.
What if he had just wanked or had a cut on his finger which left hiv fluids present on the roll which i then immediatley ate?

HIV is NOT transmitted in this manner. HIV is transmitted ONLY via

unprotected vaginal or anal sex
through sharing IV drug works
from infected mother to child
